Application range of wear-resistant ceramic tiles:
Wear resistant materials are used on all mechanical equipment with high wear and tear, such as coal conveying, feeding systems, powder production systems, ash discharge and dust removal systems, in enterprises such as thermal power, steel, smelting, coal, mining, chemical, cement, port terminals, and commercial concrete machinery.
Performance characteristics of wear-resistant ceramic tiles:
1. High hardness: The hardness is the same as that of corundum, reaching Mohs hardness level nine, second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance: The wear resistance is 8-10 times that of manganese steel or high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3. Lightweight: With a density of 3.6g/cm3, only half that of steel, it can greatly reduce equipment load.
4. Strong adhesion and good heat resistance: The wear-resistant ceramic sheet is bonded to the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant strong adhesive. It can operate for a long time without aging at 350 ℃.
