Three in one wear-resistant ceramic sheet

The three in one ceramic lining plate (i.e. ceramic+rubber+steel plate) adopts a hot vulcanization process, in which toughened ceramic sheets are vulcanized in a steel plate groove filled with special rubber, and the steel plate groove is equipped with countersunk bolts. This lining plate is a customized product that can be made of composite materials of various thicknesses and shapes according to wear conditions, forming a sturdy wear-resistant layer. The working temperature of this product is -50 ℃ -100 ℃. The properties of each material in the three in one ceramic lining complement each other, forming excellent wear resistance and durability
