2、 Characteristics of Ceramic Rubber Composite Lining Plate Products
1. Wear resistance
The wear-resistant ceramic adopts a unique formula of 95% AL203 with various wear-resistant materials added, and is formed by dry pressing of 100 tons. It has the characteristics of high density, high toughness, and wear resistance. Its Rockwell hardness is ≥ 90HRA, and it has ultra-high wear resistance.
2. Resistant to cold and high temperatures
The three in one impact resistant and wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is developed based on years of experience. Multiple components are added to the rubber to prevent it from changing its internal structure even in low temperature environments of minus 50 degrees Celsius and high temperature environments of 250 degrees Celsius, thus avoiding rubber aging and ceramic tile detachment.
3. Impact resistance
The wear-resistant ceramics produced incorporate Cr203 and TiO2, which have a lattice similar to AI203, into the formula, while adding Zn0 whiskers. During the sintering process, they form a solid solution with AL203, which refines the grain size, promotes sintering, and improves fracture toughness.
The wear-resistant ceramic products produced by our company have excellent fracture toughness.

1、 The cylindrical mixer equipped with a three in one wear-resistant ceramic composite lining plate can basically eliminate the phenomenon of hanging materials during use, with only slight hanging materials on the lifting plate. The lining formed in the lifting plate (angle steel) area can provide certain protection for the lifting plate, while the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate does not hang materials and there is no aging or wear phenomenon. The estimated service life of the lining board is 3-5 years.

3、 Wear condition and service life of each transmission component: after the modification of the mixing drum, the gears and ring gears; Gearbox components; The service life of the toothed coupling is doubled. 1. The excellent performance of wear-resistant ceramic lining plate makes the material trajectory in the mixer reasonable. The slight hanging of the pressure strip and the appropriate thickness provide conditions for further strengthening the mixing and balling capabilities of the mixer.

3. The effective diameter of the cylindrical mixer has been increased, the mixing throughput has been increased, and the mixing uniformity of the first mixture and the ability of the second mixture to produce balls have been improved. And the particle size composition of the mixture is reasonable.
