



Wear resistant ceramic lining plate is made by high-temperature calcination of alumina or zirconia. Aluminum oxide is transformed into dense alpha aluminum oxide at high temperatures, and due to its unique crystal structure, it becomes exceptionally hard, second only to diamond in hardness. The wear resistance is several times or even more than other wear-resistant materials. In addition, due to the smooth surface of wear-resistant ceramic lining, the surface resistance is very low, which is also an important reason for greatly improving its wear resistance.
Characteristics of wear-resistant ceramic lining plate products:
High hardness: The Rockwell hardness of alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is HRA90 or above, second only to diamond in hardness, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
Excellent wear resistance: Its wear resistance is equivalent to 30 times that of manganese steel and 20 times that of high chromium cast iron. According to over 20 years of customer tracking surveys, under the same operating conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
Lightweight: Its density is around 3.6g/cm ³, only half of steel, which can greatly reduce equipment load.
Strong adhesion and good heat resistance: The wear-resistant ceramic lining plate can be fixed on the inner wall of the equipment by various methods such as adhesive bonding, welding, rubber vulcanization, etc. according to different equipment and working conditions.
Corrosion resistance: Has good corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, salt, etc
